An ordained priest is one who is properly trained in the 
Vedic rituals & has taken the Agnihotra Mantra 
from a Guru, completed 1,25,000 recitals of it and 
performed the required Homa, and then studied and 
understands the Yajur-Veda completely. If performed 
by a road side temple priest the Poojas are not effective. 
Unfortunately there are too many of the semi knowledgeable 
priests and Pundits who are not really qualified but take 
people for a ride. I am not an ordained priest so I can't 
perform any Poojas for others. I don't have any 
"commissioned" priests on my "panel" either. But I can 
definitely guide you to several places in India where you 
can find genuine priests who still can perform the correct 
remedial rituals.
