Pandit C.S.Rao, who hails from a traditional Andhra Brahmin family, is an Engineer by profession and held senior position in the Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Delhi. After retirement now he gives Astrology and Vastu consultancy.

Indoctrinated to Jyotish & Vastu Shastras by his father at the age of 19yrs, he has done Post-graduation in Astrology from P.S.T.University, Hyderabad and studied Jyotish Alankar and Jyotish Acharya Courses from the Institute of Astrology, Bharatiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi and also taught astrology there.

Jyotishya and Vastu shastras are his lifelong passion. His predictions are based on Brihat Parashara principles. He specialises in Marriage, Children, Prashna, fixing Muhurtas for auspicious events and Vastu consultancy.
